YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer who thrives in high-pressure, high-clarity environments. You’ll be the engine that feeds our pipelines — finding, engaging, and qualifying exceptional talent across Europe for critical technical and engineering roles.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years sourcing experience in engineering/technical recruiting (defense, aerospace, robotics, or related fields preferred).
  • Proven ability to hunt passive candidates and convert them into active pipelines.
  • Strong market-mapping skills; comfortable operating across multiple geographies.
  • Clear, tactically empathetic communication style (influenced by Chris Voss / Chase Hughes principles a plus).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools (Personio a plus).
  • Detail orientation, compliance awareness, and speed of execution.

Responsibilities
  • Own the top of funnel: map markets, identify talent, and build diverse pipelines for engineering, R&D, and technical roles.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and candidate profiles.
  • Execute outreach campaigns with precision — high-context, influence-driven messaging (LinkedIn, email, niche platforms).
  • Screen candidates for eligibility (NATO/EU compliance, location, role fit) before handover to recruiting.
  • Track sourcing performance, maintain ATS hygiene, and report on funnel health weekly.
  • Continuously refine sourcing strategy using data and feedback.
