We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our Engineering Sourcing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping Microsoft’s future by identifying, engaging, and influencing outstanding engineering talent. You will work in close partnership with recruiters and business leaders, bringing creativity, insight, and market expertise to everything you do. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across engineering disciplines. Partner closely with business leaders and recruiters to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing plans. Drive the adoption of sourcing best practices, tools, and innovative approaches. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and key stakeholders. Leverage a broad range of sourcing tools, platforms, and research techniques to identify high‑quality talent. Analyze sourcing data and report on key metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes. Qualifications Proven experience in a sourcing or recruitment role. Strong influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Demonstrated expertise in sourcing tools and techniques. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
