Experience with Bay Area startup talent and technical communities is a plus. Execute structured searches across diverse profiles and functions, from backend engineers to AI product roles. Operate across 6-8 week sourcing missions, delivering pipeline updates, candidate submissions, and conversion tracking. Flex across multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality, consistent sourcing approach. Maintain CRM hygiene and contribute to team learnings by sharing search strategies, outreach wins, and trends.
