We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Talent Sourcer & People Operations Specialist to support both our hiring efforts and day-to-day People Ops work. This is a role ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing great talent and keeping people processes running smoothly. This role partners closely with Recruiting, HR, and hiring managers and is critical to delivering a strong candidate and employee experience. Position Responsibilities: Source and engage candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound channels Build and manage talent pipelines for technical roles (engineering, product, data) as well as clinical and non-technical roles (marketing, supply chain, finance, etc) Conduct initial outreach, support screening coordination, manage candidate communications, and oversee interview scheduling process Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Support onboarding and offboarding processes (offers, paperwork, systems access, IT coordination) Maintain HR process hygiene including employee records, benefits support, compliance tasks, and performance cycle coordination Basic Qualifications: 2–4+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, HR operations, or People Ops Demonstrated experience sourcing technical roles (engineering, product, data, etc.) Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates Highly organized with strong attention to detail Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Preferred Skills: Experience supporting clinical hiring Familiarity with multi-state employment compliance Experience in a startup or high-growth environment Salary Range: $90-120k
