About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to build high-quality pipelines of Project Management professionals, including Project Managers (PM), Assistant Project Managers (APM), and Senior Project Managers (Sr PM). This role requires strong outbound calling skills, excellent research capabilities, and comfort engaging passive candidates across various platforms. The ideal candidate enjoys high-volume outreach, thrives in a metrics-driven environment, and is eager to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and sourcing performance. Key Responsibilities Research & Targeting: Identify and research potential candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases, and external talent platforms. High-Volume Outreach: Conduct outbound phone calls to passive candidates to introduce opportunities, assess interest, and schedule next-step interviews with internal hiring leaders. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and pipeline statuses in the ATS/CRM to support reporting and follow-up activities. Collaboration: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine ideal candidate profiles, outreach messaging, and sourcing strategies. AI-Enhanced Sourcing: Utilize AI-enabled tools and automation platforms to build ranked prospect lists, improve outreach sequences, and drive higher response rates. Process Quality: Follow structured scripts and outreach workflows while using sound judgment to adapt conversations and identify top prospects. Requirements Experience in outbound calling (recruiting, sales, or lead generation). Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with mid-career professionals. Excellent data entry, documentation, and organizational skills. Experience using ATS, CRM, Google Sheets, or Excel for tracking large candidate volumes. Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to candidate responses. Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI-based sourcing and outreach tools. Collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment. This is a 100% Remote job $6-$7/hr Full time
