We are now looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our office in London. WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES Searching candidates for tech and non-tech roles (including Executive) across a large variety of sources: LinkedIn, job boards, etc Assisting recruiters with scheduling interviews and following up for feedback Keeping our candidate database (Greenhouse) neat and tidy and making sure hiring teams follow the guidelines REQUIREMENTS 1+ years of relevant experience at an agency or in-house recruitment Relevant research experience (university for example) as an advantage Self-discipline Good command of English WHAT WE OFFER Wheely expects the very best from our people, both on the road and in the office.
