QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES:

• 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en sourcing ou acquisition de talents, avec un fort intérêt pour le recrutement de cadres.

• Forte curiosité et persévérance.

We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and resourceful Talent Sourcer to join our team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent. In this role, you’ll be proactively identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for our most critical roles across M&A, operations, leadership, and technical functions. You’ll work closely with experienced mentors and gain exposure to senior stakeholders. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone early in their career who thrives in fast-paced environments and is motivated to find solutions. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition with a strong interest in launching a career in executive recruiting.
• Exceptionally driven and solutions-oriented — someone who figures things out and makes things happen.
• High level of curiosity and persistence.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and shifting priorities with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Source top talent globally for roles across Valsoft and our portfolio companies, with a focus on high-impact and executive-level hiring.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Craft compelling outreach and personalize messaging to attract top candidates and communicate each role’s unique value.
• Conduct initial candidate screens and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and support seamless handoffs across the hiring funnel.
• Identify and test new ways to find untapped talent pools and sourcing channels.
• Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor movements to inform your approach.
