Role Overview: We’re on the lookout for a driven and resourceful Talent Sourcing Assistant to support our recruitment efforts in Australia across industries like mining, energy, and infrastructure. You’ll focus on sourcing, engaging, and building strong talent pools for roles such as project managers and construction supervisors. What You’ll Do: Source and engage qualified candidates across multiple platforms Build and maintain talent pools for key roles Work closely with the recruitment team to fill roles in mining, energy, and infrastructure Hold 70–80 candidate conversations per week to meet sourcing targets Maintain accurate candidate records within the businesses CRM Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) Prior recruitment experience, preferably with a Western company Tertiary education (college/university degree) Ability to work independently and stay organized Eagerness to learn new industries (no prior experience in mining/energy required) Work Arrangement & Expectations: This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
