JOB TITLE Talent Sourcing Senior Manager | MAF Global Solutions | People & Organisation ROLE SUMMARY The Sourcing Sr. Manager will play a crucial role in supporting TA excellence across the organization and will be responsible for the Sourcing excellence of an assigned Operating Company or Business. This role is responsible for leading and developing a team of Sourcing Specialists in delivering high caliber talent at pace to the business, whilst building relationships with universities and external partners to build an early talent pipeline and establishing a talent intelligence capability. ROLE PROFILE Collaborate with TA Business Partners to understand talent needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly. Ensure the sourcing function is consistently updating knowledge on competitor activities, industry trends, and overall business landscape Utilize various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to online platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for senior-level roles. Collaborate closely with the TA Business Partners in the OpCO to understand their talent requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, candidate pipeline, and market insights to TA Business Partners. Review and quality check the work of Sourcing Specialist to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to sourcing best practices Monitor sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing efforts and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement Ensure team is upskilling by identifying areas for improvement and implementing training programs or resources to enhance their capabilities REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 9 years’ experience with at least 4 years in a talent acquisition/recruitment focused role. Experience of leading and building high performing teams Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools Strong research and analytical skills, combined with good knowledge of sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, and online platforms. Strategic Sourcing: Create sourcing strategies aligned with workforce plans and organizational goals. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor talent pools, and new sourcing techniques for competitive advantage.
