Responsibilities

WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?

The Talent Sourcing Specialist is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Team that focuses on identifying and engaging potential candidates for open positions, often proactively. This role ensures the organization has a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet our hiring needs.

WHICH TASKS WILL YOU PERFORM?

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to understand the specific skills and experience required for each open position.
  • Create innovative approaches to attract passive candidates who may not be actively looking for new opportunities.
  • Use various tools and resources to proactively search for candidates (including LinkedIn, applicant tracking system, online job boards, colleges and universities, industry events, etc.).
  • Create excitement for students after career fairs by actively highlighting company news and events.
  • Conduct preliminary screening calls with passive candidates to determine interest and fit.
  • Post open positions through our applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors) and other digital recruiting platforms.
  • Takes the lead in reviewing candidate profiles and resumes for open positions (including our rep partner positions), especially when there is a high volume of applicants.
  • Work with managers to continuously maintain and update job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect the skills, qualifications, and responsibilities of each position as business evolves.
  • Create and maintain talent pools of qualified candidates who can be considered for future openings.
  • Lead employer branding efforts to promote Endress+Hauser.
  • Monitor and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
