(between 9-6) • Language: English and Japanese • Visa Support: No ▶︎ Position Overview: As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure we have a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future openings. ▶︎ What will you do: Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using a variety of platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to build a strong pool of qualified candidates. Market Mapping: Research and analyze talent markets, industries, and competitors to identify potential candidates for specific roles. Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain an ongoing database of passive candidates for current and future roles, ensuring a pipeline of diverse talent. Engagement and Outreach: Initiate contact with potential candidates through email, phone calls, and social media, creating personalized outreach strategies to engage and build relationships. Collaboration with Recruiters: Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and the ideal candidate profile to tailor sourcing efforts. Screening and Qualifying: Pre-screen candidates to ensure they meet the basic requirements for the role, and forward the best candidates to recruiters or hiring managers for further assessment. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by maintaining timely communication and setting expectations throughout the sourcing process. Sourcing Strategy Development: Continuously innovate and test new sourcing methods, technologies, and tools to optimize candidate outreach and engagement. Reporting and Metrics: Track sourcing activities, candidate engagement, and sourcing channel effectiveness. Provide regular reports to recruitment teams on sourcing progress and results. ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience (min 3-5 years) in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other talent databases. Excellent research skills and a deep understanding of social media platforms for talent search (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, etc.). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing technologies. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and provide regular updates on sourcing efforts. Desired Qualifications: Experience in sourcing for niche or hard-to-fill roles (e.g., technical, executive, or specialized positions). Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
