• Perform as an advocate for the Cherry Coatings culture and brand.
• Provide efficient, high-touch experience for every candidate.
• Proactively source candidates through a variety of methods (social media, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and various other platforms)
• Responsible for gathering, maintaining, and reporting data to communicate progress and performance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to understand requirements and strategy leading to timely and meaningful talent acquisition outcomes.
• Maintain clear and consistent records within Cherry Coatings systems.
