APPRENTICESHIP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• To not already hold an Recruitment Level 3 or above
• To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
• To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria

• Ensure roles are filled in a timely manner, contributing to the success of the team and client satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information on candidate interactions and progress.
• Stay up to date with market trends and sourcing tools to enhance recruitment efforts and identify the best talent available
