We are THE MISSING LINK between where you are and where you want to be. We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our supportive and collaborative Human Resources team. The role provides specialist recruitment support to the Talent Specialist and wider HR team, particularly across the following areas: Key Responsibilities Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and general recruitment administration to ensure a smooth end-to-end process Support talent sourcing efforts by identifying potential candidates via LinkedIn and job boards Conduct initial screening calls and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week in our Pune office. 3 - 4 years’ experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively Proficiency in using relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and candidates A great company culture is very important to The Missing Link.
