What You'll Do Drive the full recruitment cycle: Own every step from sourcing to onboarding. Lead with data: Use metrics to track and optimize our hiring process, ensuring it's efficient and effective. Be a brand ambassador: Tell our story to candidates and build a memorable, positive hiring experience. Source top talent: Design and execute innovative strategies to find and attract the best in FinTech, PropTech, and beyond . What We're Looking For 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a background in tech, real estate, or a startup company. A proven track record of successful hires across various roles, including digital and non-digital positions. A deep understanding of modern sourcing and talent acquisition best practices. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a data-driven mindset. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine rapport. A proactive, organized, and results-oriented professional who thrives in a high-growth environment. Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate—this is an on-site role.
