You’ll be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, a talent ambassador in the market, and a key contributor to how we scale sustainably. You’ll be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing unique candidates to offer acceptance, all while playing a critical role in shaping workforce capability through skills gap analysis and planning. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, from job brief through to offer acceptance Develop and execute creative, effective sourcing strategies for IT talent using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and direct outreach Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Deliver strong recruitment outcomes across key metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, quality of hire, and candidate experience Monitor and improve cost-effectiveness of hiring, including cost-per-hire and source efficiency Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their team needs and provide tailored recruitment support. Support the design and execution of workforce capability planning, including data-driven skills gap analysis for future hiring needs. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience. Maintain accurate, timely, and candidate interview details within the ATS. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years’ experience in talent acquisition and/or workforce planning, ideally within the IT sector Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including technical role sourcing and interviewing Strong understanding of skills mapping, capability frameworks, and workforce planning Experience using data and metrics to inform hiring decisions Skills & Attributes Strategic mindset with strong attention to operational detail Confident communicator who can influence and partner with senior stakeholders Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capability Passion for building a diverse, future-ready workforce Proficient with ATS platforms, HR systems, and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Workday.
