Were looking for a passionate Project Coordinator / Manager to join our Europe team. Youll play a key role in leading and supporting projects across the Europe and UK region, especially in the DACH (German-speaking) and Eastern European markets. What youll be doing: Leading the planning and delivery of client projects, whether theyre standalone or part of bigger programs, Defining, tracking, and reporting on project goals, risks, and timelines for both internal teams and clients, Collaborating closely with colleagues to meet and exceed client expectations, Managing multiple projects at once, keeping an eye on quality and deadlines, Spotting potential risks early and finding solutions to keep projects on track, Helping improve and standardize project processes for better efficiency and risk management, Clearly communicating project needs, deadlines, and technical details to everyone involved, Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure success, Managing project budgets responsibly and ensuring financial accountability, Making sure all work follows company policies and industry standards. What were looking for: At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in HR or consulting, A relevant university degree (Business, Economics, Psychology, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience, Project management certification is a plus (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile), Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Native Hungarian or Czech speaker with fluent English (English will be your main working language). Additional European language skills, especially German, are a bonus.
