(DHi) is seeking a Talent Support Manager to assist with managing talent acquisition processes, from recruitment to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment support and will play a key role in helping to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Support Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company. Candidate & Hiring Manager Communication Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate selection criteria. Reporting & Process Improvement Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles and interview feedback. Work with HR leadership to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR support. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment. Familiarity with government or defense contractor hiring processes. Core Competencies Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organization: Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring processes at once. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges in the recruitment process efficiently. Work Environment Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable).
