Job Title: Talent Team Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:

The Talent Team Coordinator (TTC) is an HR administrative professional who partners with Talent Consultants (TCs) to coordinate various HR related tasks as part of the employee life cycle.
Applications Used: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Regional tools
Shift: Aligned to the shift timings/schedule of the Region

EDUCATION:

• Educated to Bachelor’s degree level.
• Higher professional or master’s qualification is preferred, not required.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher professional or master’s qualification in a related discipline is preferred, not required.
• Active membership in related professional bodies or industry groups is preferred, not required.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience.
• Demonstrable experience working with different stakeholders with competing needs.
• Demonstrable experience in a closely related Talent or operations role.
• Comfort and/or experience working in global dispersed teams to deliver services, processes and standards.
• Demonstrable experience of working in fast-paced, ambiguous, stressful environments to deliver required results.
• Demonstrable experience of anticipating issues and challenges and proactively working to navigate challenges.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

The TTC is responsible for providing support to TCs within Americas Talent Team (ATT). Key responsibilities are listed below.

• Leverage technology, facilitate communication, and coordinate the administration of multiple HR processes.
• Interface with employees and handle initial employee inquiries and/or responses.
• Escalate issues as appropriate to a senior member of the ATT.
• Process and input transactions into SuccessFactors.
• Coordinate the administration of HR processes such as, but not limited to, performance management, the promotion process, variable pay, orientation, people surveys, upward feedback, separation process, etc.
• Provide reports and gather data related to HR projects and initiatives assigned. Share information gathered with the Talent Team or other HR functional groups as requested.
• Assist in communication flow to and from clients and to other HR team members as appropriate.
• Handle special projects as assigned.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
