JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Talented Taproom Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and inviting environment for our guests. You will assist with food and beverage service, maintain the taproom’s cleanliness, and contribute to a positive atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.

SKILLS

• Experience in the food industry, particularly in customer service roles.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation protocols.
• Proficiency with POS systems and cashiering procedures.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is a plus but not required.
• An interest in craft beer.

• Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately as part of the cashiering process.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
• Collaborate with team members to create a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests.
