REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–5 years of proven accounting experience in the manpower/staffing industry.
• Expertise in Tally ERP (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Expert Accountant to join manpower industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Tally ERP and strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and payroll processes specific to the manpower/staffing sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Handle invoicing, billing, vendor payments, and receivables.
• Process and monitor payroll accounting, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, GST, etc.).
• Ensure accurate compliance with taxation laws and coordinate with auditors.
• Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights for management decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Maintain proper documentation and records as per industry regulations.
