About the Role A Talos Technician plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that equipment and machinery operate smoothly, and the product meets quality standards for our customers. In this role, you will… Technician I Work safely and efficiently in work centers assigned. Self-motivated to learn new tasks within the manufacturing process. The ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. Read and understand basic measuring tools. Willing to learn and understand blueprints. Understand the basic quality standards of the product. Willing to learn and understand using an ERP system to accurately perform transactions daily. Technician II Show qualifications of a Technician I The ability to perform daily technician duties with minimal help from others. Willing and able to train less experienced technicians.Experienced with complex measuring instruments. (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Be skilled in multiple work areas.Fully understand the manufacturing process at Talos. No more than 4 or more attendance points. Technician III Meets all the qualifications of a Technician II. Willing to work in any assigned area based on production needs. The ability to direct product and materials thought the department fort maximum efficiency. Demonstrate exceptional 5s skills. Willing and capable of operating a fork truck safely if necessary for job duties. Must have extensive knowledge of Quality Control procedures for Talos Technician duties. No more than 4 or more attendance points. Leadership skills Mentor and train other technicians Set the work pace to meet efficiency expectations.
