This role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence in culinary operations. Efficiently manage and execute multiple orders concurrently Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards at the assigned station at all times Ensure proper stocking of food ingredients and equipment at the workstation Assume full responsibility for the quality of all output from the assigned station Consistently produce culinary creations of the highest caliber Meticulously document and report any food waste or equipment issues Demonstrate effective communication skills with team members and actively seek guest feedback for continuous improvement Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Commis position at Tamayyaz must possess the following qualifications: Culinary Expertise: Demonstrated creativity and passion for culinary arts Minimum of one year experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry Specific experience working in à la carte dining environments Educational Background: Kitchen school diploma or equivalent culinary certification Professional Skills: Proven ability to maintain composure and deliver high-quality results in high-pressure environments Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong commitment to teamwork and collaborative problem-solving Customer Service: Dedication to delivering superior customer service Ability to anticipate and meet diverse guest needs Additional Requirements: Strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Candidates who meet these qualifications and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in the culinary field are encouraged to apply.
