Job Description To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring the employees satisfaction in order to make a professional first impression of the Sales and Marketing Office Prepare and issue commercial contracts to stakeholders in line with hotel policies Maintain strict confidentiality of information at all times Have a thorough understanding of hotel policies and procedures and be able to provide up to date information and promptly handle/ answers all inquiries made to the Sales and Marketing Office To take notes during meetings and share them with all concerned Maintain accurate storage of documents are ensure that they are easy accessible Manage the diary and schedule of the DOSM To be entrepreneurial and to think beyond the boundaries is expected and not requested To prioritise tasks and manage the expectations of the Sales and Marketing team in a busy work environment Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office systems & Opera Qualifications Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only. Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience. Basic English skills are a must. Strong passion for the Hospitality Field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers. Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
