Our team across Saudi Arabia and the wider region blends deep cultural understanding with forward-thinking innovation, shaping a new standard for travel in the region.     About the role: We are looking for a qualified Tamheer  - HR Business Partner to oversee HR related matters and will be responsible for the respective business units in Seera and assist with the implementation of HR policies and initiatives. You will be instrumental in strategic HR projects and day to day business needs pertaining to the business units.      responsibilities: Will be in charge of assisting with all strategic initiatives related to these units, such as budgeting and capacity planning, organizational design & structure, performance management, compensation & benefits, & L&D.  Will be instrumental in assisting the HRBP Manager to drive the business unit performance through effective HR planning, resource allocation, work allocation, monitoring, and decision-making in line with the HR KPIs. Support the identification of short, medium, and long term resourcing issues for various business units and liaises with the Manager – HRBP on new roles, replacement and recruitment, and retention strategies.  Analyzes trends and metrics in line with the Manager - HRBP to develop solutions, programs and policies. Assist with resolving complex employee relations issues.   Program Requirements: The candidate must be a Saudi National. A bachelor’s degree is required.
