About the Tamheer Opportunity:This Tamheer opportunity provides practical exposure, professional development, and real-world business experience within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
The Program Objectives:
Identify actual skill and specialization needs in alignment with labor market requirements.
Develop a structured training plan focused on enhancing trainees’ practical and professional competencies.
Provide a professional work environment that enables trainees to gain meaningful hands-on experience.
Assign a direct supervisor to monitor performance, provide guidance, and conduct periodic evaluations.
Engage trainees in real tasks and projects that add professional value.
Assess training outcomes and evaluate trainees’ readiness for the labor market.
Support employment opportunities upon completion of the program, subject to the availability of suitable vacancies.
Program Requirements:
The candidate must be a Saudi National
The candidate should not be currently employed
Must not have previous Tamheer participation.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or diploma is required.
