NOW HIRING: HOME HEALTH NURSE (RN/LPN) – PART-TIME DAY SHIFT

Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: 3 × 8-hour day shifts (Thursday, Friday & Saturday or Thursday, Friday & Sunday)
Are you a compassionate RN or LPN seeking meaningful, one-on-one patient care? NorthBay Home Health is looking for skilled and caring nurses to join our team and make a difference in patients’ lives while working in a supportive home environment.

Your Role

  • Deliver personalized 1:1 nursing care in the home setting
  • Implement and follow individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
  • Accurately document and promptly communicate patient changes

✅ Requirements

  • Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted)
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Proficiency with G-tubes, trachs, and ventilators a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills

  • Current CPR (AHA or ARC)
  • Recent physical (within 6 months) & TB test (within 1 year)
  • COVID-19 vaccination record or exemption letter
