OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with the ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and hospitality. Your expertise in food safety and culinary techniques will ensure that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. All what you will need to do is cook the food in a tandoor or grill. The right candidate can start in the next 2-3 weeks time.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
  • Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques.
  • Previous supervisory or team management experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • A passion for cooking and an eagerness to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and food production.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and menu items.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Develop new recipes and menu items that align with current culinary trends.
