We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen team and create exceptional dining experiences. EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a chef role or similar position within the food service industry.
• Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards.
• A passion for culinary arts combined with excellent organizational skills is essential.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Must have knowledge of Tandoor and how to use it including making chicken, naans and Amritsar Kulchas
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide excellent service and address customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere that encourages creativity and collaboration among kitchen staff.
