Description Continuum of Colorado has an opening to be our next TANF Case Manager. As our TANF Case Manager, you will communicate, coordinate, and provide Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) case management services to individuals and families receiving services and support. We’re committed to a great work-life balance here, so you’ll get to work full-time at 36 hours/week with a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday! Additionally, it is a hybrid remote position, with opportunities to work in the office, in the community, and at home. Requirements Must pass security and criminal background checks required by each county with a TANF contract Knowledge of various vocational training techniques and basic behavior management principals Excellent oral and written communication skills Work independently Work flexible hours, as needed Valid Colorado driver's license and proof of auto insurance Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate. Requirements Starting Salary and Benefits $21 / hourly Health/dental/vision coverage Employer-paid and supplemental life insurance Short- and long-term disability insurance Generous paid time off and holiday pay 401(k) investment plan, with an employer match of up to 4% Mileage reimbursement Certified Employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Tuition reimbursement program Healthcare reimbursement and flexible spending plans Employee assistance program Employer-paid training Additional Responsibilities Maintains contact with eligibility technicians as necessary and attends monthly staffing with county for TANF clients Communicates with service providers and health care professionals to help determine limitations, abilities and restrictions to self-sufficiency for individuals receiving TANF supports Coordinates and contracts for childcare with TANF County contractors for individuals in work participation programs Coordinates services and supports (i.e. Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, employers, Social Security, TANF County offices) Monitors progress of TANF participants Accurately completes and distributes program documentation to include case notes, DVR application and supporting documentation, comprehensive assessment documentation, etc. Develops and maintains current and organized case files as required by the agency, State of Colorado, and respective County human services departments.
