Responsibilities

Leading the sales growth for our large diameter tank cleaning business
Co-ordinating & handling all tenders and requests for large diameter tank cleans, lagoon cleaning and any other projects that require the use of refinery projects plant and equipment.
Setting bid strategy and working with the BD team to present our best offer.
Building relations and the Veolia ISS profile with new and existing customers, both external and within the wider group to show case our abilities and opportunities.
Engaging with all stakeholders within Veolia ensuring compliant bids are submitted and Veolia due diligence process is followed at all times.
Developing maintenance plans for refinery projects plant and equipment and ensuring kept up to date.
Driving innovation in the solutions we offer to clients problems to ensure Veolia is operating the safest and most efficient tank cleaning processes.
Assisting in the development of personnel in training and knowledge of specialist equipment.
Manage P43 P&L and handle all enquiries relating to P43’s.
Manage stock levels for P43 ensuring prompt manufacturing and shipping of products.
Identify supply chain improvements to future proof the P43 business.
