JOB SUMMARY

Working direct for this family run local business, you will become part of a friendly workforce driving a 26 tonne tanker as well as other smaller vehicles, you will use High Pressure Water Jet Equipment to resolve blockages and CCTV camera to survey drains. Aqua Cleansing Ltd is a respected, long standing company taking pride in customer relations and providing a value for money service. After an initial period, the successful candidate will work Monday to Friday each week collecting a variety of commercial and domestic liquid waste material from customer sites and delivering to waste reception centres for disposal. After training you will also join a higher pay, on-call rota responding to emergency work with additional financial benefits.
The job can require physical work lifting pipes and equipment as well as driving. You will be required to complete daily vehicle checks and record driving and work duties. A good level of reward is available to the right person depending on skills and experience. A DBS check will be required. You must have a Class 2 licence (Category C)

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Must have HGV 2 Licence
Ideally have experience of tankers

Polite and cooperative communication with customers via phone and in person.
Collecting liquid waste and delivering to disposal site
Safe operation of vehicle and equipment.
Driving HGV tanker.
Maintaining duty and driving records.
Carry out Daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
Keeping vehicle clean and tidy
Maintaining the good reputation of the company
Operate CCTV camera and provide report
Repairs and maintenance to sewage systems/pumps stations etc
Use high pressure water jet to clear blocked drains
