Description Tap Wall Ambassador Oak and Stone Tap Wall Ambassadors must have a passion for genuine hospitality and spreading joy by talking with guests and assisting them to ensure the best draft craft beer experience possible. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, engaging and motivated to assist guests. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for great craft beer. The successful candidate will also have excellent hospitality skills and the ability to multitask and maintain a smile while under pressure. This is a sales focused position. Essential Functions Enthusiastically Greet guests as they enter or approach the tap wall Visit with guests and assist with starting tap wall tabs immediately upon arrival when on a wait Visit with guests and assist with starting tap wall tabs immediately upon being sat at a table Assist guests with the proper usage of the self pour system Assist guests in selecting a beer Assist servers and bartenders in explaining the tap wall and its many benefits, and in starting tap wall tabs for guests Change kegs and update the electronic systems that show our beer selections Clean and care for the tap wall, glassware and beer cooler Fill growlers for to-go beer sales May include other duties assigned by management Compensation The Tap Wall Ambassador position will be compensated with both an hourly pay rate and a sales based incentive.
Responsibilities
