We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant tapas-style restaurant. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food, service, and atmosphere, while driving sales and managing costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international cuisine, small plate dining, and a flair for creating a welcoming guest experience.

• Develop and maintain relationships with repeat guests

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager (2+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems and basic financial reporting
• Food Safety Level 2
