We’re looking for a Taproom and Events Manager who shares that passion and is ready to lead our front-of-house team while growing our brand through unforgettable events and outstanding service.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As our Taproom & Events Manager, you’ll play a key role in the success of Fahr Brewery by leading day-to-day operations of our taproom and organizing both private and public events. You’ll ensure every guest walks away with a memorable experience—and wants to come back for more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hire, train, and manage an enthusiastic taproom and events team
• Lead taproom operations and ensure smooth day-to-day service
• Create and manage staffing schedules and inventory
• Organize and execute events (on-site & off-site), from private functions to community festivals
• Merchandise the taproom and ensure it’s clean, welcoming, and on-brand
• Act as a knowledgeable beer ambassador—educating guests about our brews and where to find them
• Collaborate with the leadership team on promotions, marketing ideas, and event calendars
• Track metrics and budgets to ensure event profitability and taproom success
• Promote Fahr Brewery through social media and local outreach

  Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
