• Maintain up to date knowledge of current draft offerings and menu options
• Utilize the POS system to input orders, apply discounts, complete overrides and manage customer transactions.
• Handle customer concerns and unforeseen challenges
• Provision of training and supervision of FOH staff
• Complete supervisory opening, mid-shift and closing tasks including cleaning, prep tasks, opening/closing and cash reconciliation
• Administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling and inventory control
