We are setting the standard for a modern sports and entertainment brand that shapes a better tomorrow for all.    Position Summary:  The Target Field Events Changeover Staff plays a crucial role in seamlessly transitioning Target Field for all related events. This role involves coordinating with various departments, handling equipment and logistical tasks, and maintaining a high-standard of cleanliness and presentation to meet the specific requirements of each event hosted at Target Field.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Venue set up, tear down, and resets of furniture and equipment for events occurring within the ballpark with an emphasis on non-game days.  * Ensure venues are set up accurately and in accordance with contracts and layouts.  * Assist in overseeing and keeping track of event inventory and equipment.  * Additional opportunities to work Target Field Events such as coat check attendants, event support, and other duties as they arise.  Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  * Ability to interpret and replicate venue diagrams with precision.  * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.  * Ability to focus on the details but also the big picture.  * Ability to work independently with little supervision within a team dynamic.  * Ability to commit to at least two shifts a month through July to September, with an average of 8 - 16 hours per month.
