This includes supporting young people struggling to access education, engage in their community or face obstacles in their home life, to ensure a successful transition to adulthood. The young people are typically 11-18 (up to 25 for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
Targeted Youth Support Service has been in existence since 2022. The Council is proud of its commitment to young people which is evidenced in a recent peer review. About the Targeted Youth Support Service | OXME.INFO It is an exciting time to join this service as we take the review recommendations forward and combine the Targeted Youth Support, Youth Justice and Contextual Safeguarding offers into one Integrated Adolescence Service.
