התפקיד כולל הובלת פרויקטים מקצה לקצה — משלב אישור המוצר לפיתוח, תהליך הפיתוח ועד להגשה, כולל תמיכה בהשקה בפועל, תוך שילוב תהליך הפקת לקחים לשיפור מתמיד. התפקיד כולל בניית אסטרטגיה, עמידה בלוחות זמנים ותקציב, ומעקב שוטף אחר ביצועים. כל זאת נעשה תוך יישום תהליכי שיפור מתמיד, במטרה לייעל את ניהול הפרויקטים ולאפשר קיצור זמני מחזור היכן שניתן. התפקיד כולל אחריות לניהול כולל של המידע, שמירה על מערכות מעודכנות, בניית דוחות ותובנות ניהוליות, והצפת נושאים קריטיים בזמן. בנוסף, נדרש זיהוי מוקדם של פערים ותקלות, הובלת תהליכי פתרון. Requirements ותק בתפקיד נוכחי - 3 שנים לפחות מהנדס/ת תעשיה וניהול או תואר ראשון בכימיה או מדעי החיים- חובה ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים-יתרון הכרות עם מערכות לניהול פרויקטים ועבודה עם אקסל ו power point. אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד- חובה (דיבור, כתיבה, קריאה) יחסים בין אישיים מעולים זיהוי נקודות תורפה ופתרון משברים עבודת צוות

Responsibilities

The role involves leading R&D projects end-to-end, from product approval through development and submission, including support for the actual launch and implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement. Responsibilities include strategy building, meeting deadlines and budgets, and ongoing performance tracking.
