At Diversey - A Solenis Company, we are the pioneer, the facilitator of our clients in a wide range of industries around the globe. We do this with our revolutionary cleaning and hygiene technologies - such as floor care machines, cleaning tools & utensils, and chemicals for Food & Beverage industry.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to grow revenue and showcase TASKI’s innovative floor-care solutions across the Midlands area. This role is perfect for entrepreneurial, results-driven professionals who can excite customers and build lasting relationships.
TASKI, the machine equipment division of Diversey, provides a full suite of floor-care solutions—from scrubber-driers and polishers to vacuums, sweepers, carpet cleaners, steam cleaners, and robotic cleaners.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales and profitability in your territory.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Develop account growth strategies for key customers and channel partners.
• Conduct demonstrations and support new equipment installations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer development strategies.
• Represent TASKI at customer events and industry conferences.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce and track KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in facility management, cleaning solutions, or service industries.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Valid driver’s license.
