More about this roleIn our Marketing team, you’ll be at the forefront of understanding consumer needs and bringing our brands to life. As an intern, you’ll play a key role in helping our brands stay relevant and inspiring by supporting the development and execution of strategic brand plans. You’ll gain hands-on experience in brand management, lead your own projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of some of the world’s most loved brands.

This is a full-time role, based in Bremen for a duration of 6 months, starting preferably in August.What you’ll be doingAs part of your internship, you will:

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies and marketing plans to meet ambitious business goals
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager/Brand Manager in creating the marketing mix and launching new campaigns, product innovations, or packaging designs
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, drawing actionable insights for business challenges
  • Take ownership of your own projects, working with cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g. creative agencies)
  • Support day-to-day business operations

What we’re looking forEducation / Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Previous internship experience in consumer marketing or a related field is a plus; sales experience is also valued
  • A creative and open-minded team player
  • Strong data proficiency, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ambiguity
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong level of English
