We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Tasting Room Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, providing top-notch customer service, and assisting with various tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in customer service, bartending, or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including wine by the glass and flights.
• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing bottles and merchandise.
• Ring up purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests and coordinate with the kitchen for any order adjustments or returns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the tasting room and service areas.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support with event setup, breakdown, and service when required.
