JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as the Tasting Room Key Holder and Monday Supervisor. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences in our tasting room every Monday.
As the Monday Supervisor, you will be responsible for all opening, running, and closing procedures, while also leading by example in guest engagement and hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Commitment to working every Monday, including holidays — this is non-negotiable
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred
• Basic knowledge or passion for wine and spirits is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Must be at least 21 years old

• Open and close the tasting room according to established procedures
• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Guide guests through tastings and educate them on our full lineup of wines and spirits
• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences
• Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are organized and presentable
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to keep the tasting room tidy
• Report directly to the Tasting Room Manager with daily updates or concerns
• Uphold all safety and service standards at all times
