We operate two busy tasting rooms, our estate winery and vineyard in Lockeford and our bustling downtown Lodi tasting room. We produce small lots of eclectic vintages alongside beloved Lodi classics, and we pride ourselves on delivering warm, concierge-level hospitality to every guest.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years of age
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand up to 8 hours (frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  Pay: From $25.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week

This full-time position offers a competitive salary, vacation/holiday pay, tips, and wine club bonuses. As part of our close-knit team, the Tasting Room Manager will:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of tasting room staff on the floor with customers and club members.
• Work with the management team to implement goals and events
• Manage inventory for wine, merchandise, and supplies
• Oversee organization and cleanliness of tasting rooms
• Create and manage monthly staff schedules
• Assist with shipping orders and tracking
• Support wine club logistics and member events
