NICORA WINERY IS HIRING – TASTING ROOM MANAGER

Nicora Winery is seeking a multi-talented, self-motivated Tasting Room Manager to take ownership of our guest experience, day-to-day operations, and beyond. This is not a sit-back-and-observe position—it’s a dynamic role for someone who thrives on wearing many hats and is energized by the opportunity to shape and elevate every aspect of our direct-to-consumer presence.
As a small, hands-on, family-owned winery in Paso Robles, Nicora is known for producing bold, expressive Rhône-style wines. Our tasting experience is intimate and intentional—every detail matters, and we’re looking for someone who brings both heart and hustle.

• Tasting Room Leadership: Oversee daily tasting room operations and deliver a warm, educational, and high-touch guest experience
• Sales & Hospitality: Drive wine sales, club sign-ups, and personalized guest interactions
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute on-site events, wine club pick-ups, and off-site pourings
• Inventory Management: Maintain wine and merchandise inventory across the tasting room and storage areas
• Marketing & Social Media: Collaborate on email campaigns, create and schedule social media content, and support brand storytelling
• Operations & Systems: Manage POS (Commerce7), reservations (Tock), team scheduling, and reporting
• Compliance & Service: Uphold safety standards and complete/maintain RBS certification
