Job Description:

• Focus on driving sales
• Greet and welcome guests
• Manage multiple groups at a time
• Promoting Wine Club
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the wines, stories, art, and vineyards
• Confidently make recommendations for guests who are purchasing wine
• Provide exceptional, personalized tastings to all groups
• Assist with controlling crowds and managing bookings
• Assist in daily Tasting Room tasks (End of Day Samples, Point of Sale, open/closing duties)
• Work with the entire team to create a cooperative, helpful, and inclusive work environment

Job Requirements

• Serving it Right Certificate
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to be on your feet for extended periods
• Experience in hospitality
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Eager to learn and grow
• Willingness to work in outdoor settings in the summer heat
