Carr Winery, a small handcrafted Winery in Santa Barbara County, is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, wine savvy servers to work part-time at the Tasting Room in Downtown Santa Barbara, California. The Tasting Room is open daily and we are looking to fill Tuesday through Thursday shifts, along with the potential to pick up weekend shifts as needed. Shifts range from 11am-6pm, 2pm-9pm and 4pm-9pm.
Responsibilities for this position include pouring & selling wine, educating customers on the wine region and winery, and most importantly…providing guests with an enjoyable experience.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, have a passion for wine, wine knowledge and willingness to learn more. Weekend availability is required. We offer competitive pay (hourly + tips + bonuses).
