The Thornlie is seeking a duty manager directly reporting to the Venue Managers.

The successful applicant must have

• A strong understanding of Gaming, Bar Operations, Sports Bar experience
• Maintain a high standard of service to all patrons, whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations
• Liaise well with our security team
• Ensure smooth running of the hotel on designated shifts, assigning staff to handle sections, floating and jumping in where needed.
• Be proficient in cash handling and cash reconciliation.
• Willing to take responsibility and accountability
• Must be able to train and mentor staff
• Must have Excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus and be well presented.
• RSA & Approved Managers Essential
