About Seventy Six Taverns Seventy Six Taverns offers a high-energy, all-American atmosphere featuring: • 15 state-of-the-art 20” LCD gaming machines • VIP Gaming Club with free play and exciting slot promotions • 18 high-definition TVs for nonstop sports action • A full bar and restaurant serving handcrafted food and cocktails 24 hours a day All-American Spirts All-American Dining All-American Gaming Description: Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Seventy Six’s “We Win Heart Service” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Seventy Six’s Service Standards at all times. Ensure that all guest feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures. Make employment and termination decisions consistent with Seventy Six’s guidelines. Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards. Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed. Effectively monitor costs, safeguard food, and liquor inventory. Place supply orders, liquor, small wares, paper goods and office supplies. Daily Coach train and mentor all employees. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of gaming experience. Minimum of 2 years of Management experience. Must be 21 years of age. Must maintain a score of 80% or higher shopper report scores. Must maintain accurate and proper comp and cash handling procedures, using cash bank, cash register, cash drop, slot bank, and POS terminal functions by department policies. Knowledge of gaming and compliance preferred. Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least two years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions in a Tavern. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must be able to have a flexible schedule and work various hours.
Responsibilities
The General Manager is responsible for promoting the company's service culture and ensuring all guests receive friendly and responsive service at all times. This role also involves controlling cash, making employment decisions, scheduling labor based on business needs, and monitoring costs and inventory.
