About Seventy Six Taverns Seventy Six Taverns offers a high-energy, all-American atmosphere featuring: • 15 state-of-the-art 20” LCD gaming machines • VIP Gaming Club with free play and exciting slot promotions • 18 high-definition TVs for nonstop sports action • A full bar and restaurant serving handcrafted food and cocktails 24 hours a day All-American Spirts All-American Dining All-American Gaming Description: Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Seventy Six’s “We Win Heart Service” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Seventy Six’s Service Standards at all times. Behave in a positive, professional manner that reflects the company’s culture. Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area. Ensures kitchen and equipment are in good working order and that work area is clean and hazard-free. Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed. Performs other related duties as needed. Qualifications: Must have at least six months experience in a similar capacity. Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards. Must be able to handle a flexible schedule. Must demonstrate sound judgement and mature decision-making. Must possess and demonstrate great attention to detail to maintain appearance and operating standards. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push 150 to 250 lbs on a pushcart and enter walk-ins of 10 degrees to 140 degrees with or without reasonable accommodations. Must be able to reach, bend and stoop. Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods.

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting the company's service culture and standards while preparing various food items using standard cooking equipment. This role also involves maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation and ensuring kitchen equipment is in good working order.
